A few weeks back, I was driving home and realized there was a good chance I could get some pictures of rainbows in the vineyards of Sonoma County. Man, I was NOT disappointed! As soon as I got to the vineyard that was facing east, the rain started to come down. I found a nice little spot on the side of the road where I could wait for the rain to move east and the sunset in the west would create a rainbow. Then BAM! A beautiful double rainbow appeared right above the bare vines. But I realized I was not in the best spot. UGH! I took a few shots and moved down the road a little bit. The storm had moved further, but there was still a slight rainbow behind an old barn. This ended up being my favorite of the day. Shot on Canon 6D with Tamron 15-30mm.
Don't you just love when it when everything falls into place and you get that magical shot? Great capture. ☺
