Settings help on a moon shot

Hi everyone, I managed to capture this shot on the full moon, however couldnt really get the settings right so that the edges of the moon were sharper. this was taken right on dusk in that not quite day or night time. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Image is original out of the camera image

Hi Shayne,
I don't think that this effect comes from your camera settings. It might come from heat haze, especially at this large zoom. What was the temperature that day?
Cheers
Sascha

Yes i think also. That was my first thought

thanks Sascha and Carlos. it was probably 27 in the late afternoon, we are just coming out of winter and has some hot days. never thought of heat haze. appreciate your thoughts
