If I was being really critical, I'd like the top of the tree to not be cut off in the 2nd photo. But that's just me being picky.
Outside of that, the photos are good. The first one certainly stands out more than the second.
Thanks!
You dont mind the black line in the first one?
Didn't really pay any attention to it honestly.
A great! It was one the first things I saw while post processing.
I really like that soothing top one, nice colours and sharp too. I feel like the colours fall a bit short in the second one, but it's nice.
I use watermarks sometimes and would suggest you lower the opacity of yours, or change the blend mode to screen or soft light. They are really jarring here, and although they are not part of the photo, they ruin your composition by dragging the eye.
I really like the first one. The colours, the light, everything.
The second one though feels empty where the sky is and is sort of lacking in a strong focal point. I feel like the sun is not enough of a composition centre to pull the shot together. It is a nice photo overall though, with the sunset light and the sun rays.
Thank you for the comment! What do you think of the image I posted below?
Usualy the picture posted as #1 is the best, in this case both are fine, well except the juicy signature.
Yeah.. the logo is a bit in your face.. I'll look into it in LR, if I can change something there, otherwise its back to PS
About the logo, I'll look into it. It's a simple preset from LR.
About the 2nd image. I have this one as well. Is this one a better composition?
I had no clouds/sky to work with, but the sun going through the tree
Thanks about the compliments of the first one!
It was the first one I made with my new camera just a week ago! :D
Nice shots. Most of these comments are helpful. I like the top one better.
