Editing macro picture (AF-S 55-200mm GII) in LR, ok, but what ?

Saturation, colors, white, aaaaah ... what I have to modify ? I tell myself, it isn't ok, but what ? .....mumble mumble

i believe this a a problem with your settings while shooting that post processing can't fix. bee is blurry because you weren't shooting fast enough, might have to dial back the aperture to reduce the hot spot i also noticed a function on my camera that you can reduce the contrast in shot so look into that

I think you did pretty well vito. Bees are hard to get and this would be difficult trying to use a tripod.Fast shutter speed, a lense or camera with anti shake and maybe using your exposure compensation button might help.
