I've never had the opportunity to shoot anything like this. I am yet to see anything like it in Japan. I'd love the opportunity to do so, I think the challenge would be getting a unique photo, since it seems to be a popular long exposure photo.
I used to like it but now it feels like everyone's doing it so it's become a bit boring. Your colors are way too saturated too, that green on the wooden pillars isn't natural at all. There's also a big blue halo around the clouds on the right, darker than the blue sky on the left and on the far right, like you used a polariser. A more natural look, with a lot less post processing, and it would be a really nice image.
