These were digital additions to my ongoing Ground Level Tango series, which is a yearlong exploration of the wetlands between my house and the Perkiomen Creek. They're not quite as sharp as they might be because I shot them through the kitchen and second-floor master bedroom windows. And they're handheld with a very long lens. Postprocessing in Photoshop with Topaz filters.
Pictures only a mother could love.. But I'll give you credit, that's as real as it gets..
Hey Andrew, ignore that muppet, I think he's left fstoppers anyway. Good riddance.
I really love forest photography, and numbers 2 and 4 are solid. The fact they aren't pin sharp does not matter for those two since they do a lovely job of re-creating the atmosphere of the woods. Well done :)
I don't know what amplighter was trying to say as there was no useful criticism in his comment. His spelling was correct, which is the bare minimum that we should expect.
These pictures are the first edit of an ongoing series (about 3/4 shot) involving many thousands of images which have been whittled down to a few hundred worth considering. Eventually, these will get edited down to about 100 for exhibition in 2020..
