When a teen was caught by her parents letting boys into a sleepover, they gave her a choice of punishment for the crime: she could either give up her phone for a month or give up the phone for two weeks, but also give them control of all her social media. Apparently, an extra two weeks was just too long, because dad had a blast on her Instagram, and the results are hilarious.
15-year-old Madelynn Sumpter chose the punishment, which led to her father, Larry, taking over her social media accounts starting on November 11. It was not long before the typical "felt cute, might delete later post" went up, along with a string of other hilarious posts:
Larry's takeover also spread to her TikTok and Snapchat accounts eventually, as you can see above.As funny as the takeover was, it also brought Madelynn an additional 10,000 followers or so, though most of them seem to be there for her father's hijinks, with many clamoring for his return. Quite the clever punishment suited for the modern social media age.
Yeah Dad..........Madelynn, you may not appreciate your Dad's humor now but once you reach his age, hopefully, you'll understand.
