5 Easy Ways to Edit Faster in Lightroom

Most of us spend a lot of time in Lightroom, and as such, it is well worth examining your workflow and finding any spots where you can increase your efficiency, as even small changes can up to big savings. This great video tutorial discusses five easy ways to increase your efficiency in the program.

Coming to you from Lucy Martin, this excellent video tutorial discusses five ways to increase your efficiency in Lightroom. One of the easiest ways to do this is to take advantage of Lightroom's robust batch-editing capabilities. Whether you use the edit synchronization or copy and paste functionality, you can save significant amounts of time and increase the consistency of your post-processing by using this technique. This is especially useful for people who often have jobs that require the same basic edits applied to a large number of photos, such as events photographers. The feature can even include AI masks and edits, though it will have to recalculate the masks for each independent photo. It has saved me tremendous time and helped me to avoid the frustration that comes with the tedium of making the same adjustments over and over. Check out the video above for the full rundown from Martin.
