Paul, thank you. Regarding ice caves, I am still chasing the Lake Superior Ice Caves. Similar situation, only accessible from the water. But for many years now the lake ice wasn't stable enough to get to the ice caves. You have to walk a couple miles on the frozen lake. I guess the climate change is not increasing my chances.
