Rural totem appeared in countryside at the end of the last millennium. Although used very little, it has spread much faster than the animal species it is supposed to “regulate”. Even if it is sometimes the place where orange men participate in ancestral ceremonies with ritual animal sacrifices, it is above all the symbol of a political force in rural territories.
