Girl driving cattle to pasture.

This is a young Mexican woman driving the family cattle out to pasture for the day. Most of the farmers and ranchers where we lived in Mexico all used what I could best describe as community pastures. Those grazing lands were not fenced and we would have herds of horses, flocks of sheep, and herds of cattle populating our neighborhood for months and months at a time until their owners would round them up and returned them home. Just one of the challenges of life in old Mexico.
