Gaga inspiration

Creating great work is more often than not a story of having a great team to work with. This shot is the perfect example. Dany Maugeri, the hair stylist I am use to work with came up with the concept of this shoot and we teamed up with a makeup artist we both knew – Marlène Bérard – to create this very conceptual beauty/hair shot for him.
He wanted something as crazy as the Lady Gaga's personality… so it had to look out of this world. We thought the pink would have a better impact if we were to create a white skin. It would matchup with the hair and strengthen the blues and pinks of the wig and glasses.
Oh… and one last info about this shot… I hear so many people complaint they can't find models to shoot. Well, the girl below this huge wig was a friend of Dany, the hairstylist. She had never been in front of camera before but is a singer and so absolutely loved the idea of being part of something creative. The shot ended up making the cover of Bibldond's magazine… quite good for a first modeling experience, isn't it?
