A Curious Mind

When I photograph wildlife, my focal point is on the eye. This time, the eye was focused back. But who was watching who? Humpback whales spy hop to see world around them, lifting their massive heads like a periscope. They are notoriously the most gregarious, curious, and charismatic of all the great whales making them one of the most recognizable animals of the sea.
