On May 13th - 17th of this year Fstoppers is once again putting on an incredible event for photographers. 10 of the top photographers in the industry today will be teaching 20 different courses in the Bahamas at Atlantis Resort. This is your chance to win a free class of your choice worth up to $1500.
To enter the contest you can simply sign in with Facebook or your email. Each of those options will give you one entry. You can gain 5 more entries by following Fstoppers and SLR Lounge on Twitter and Facebook and tweeting about the contest.
We will randomly choose 3 winners on Friday January 23rd. 1st place will get to choose any workshop they would like to attend, second place will get to choose from the 19 other available courses, and 3rd place will choose from the remaining 18 courses. If you win this contest and you have already signed up, you will be reimbursed for your class.

It's amazing
I was really hoping for a creative video contest like last year!
that could still happen
Here's to hoping!
This would be amazing to win!
oh man! If I get picked, that will tip it right into my budget and i'll be there! can't wait!
Should be awesome. Good to know there's a non social media option available. Still holding on to not having facebook after all.
This is awesome, if i had enough money i would seriously consider a workshop like this. It looks like so much fun!
This event was amazing in its entirety, even for its first ever event. I can only imagine what you guys are going to do this year, and years to follow to make it even more kick ass!
the idea of being with you guys is beautiful, i hope that i can time it right for the next year. Learning and having fun all together is something im missing for awhile now.
I have Mike Kelley's DVD set and would love to attend a class in person! My wife also needs some quiet time by the pool while I learn. :)
I would like to go...
I envy todays photographers, when I started out as an assistant twenty five years ago with the great Playboy Photographer John Kelly he said to me 'this knob makes it brighter and this knob makes it darker, now look through here and press this'.
You don't know how lucky you are.
ah yes, another misogynistic, sexist, male focused Fstoppers workshop. No wonder zero females sign up for these, me included. Why would I want to (over)pay for a workshop that will be flooded with creepy, perverted "photographers" who mainly want to photograph and oogle at half naked women? If this workshop was focused on photographing men in speedos I guarantee you'd lose over half your signups. it's absolutely disgusting and embarrassing what our industry has become. I'll be keeping my hard earned money and I'll be looking for photo-news elsewhere from now on.
I dunno Mel. Only one of the classes is a swimwear based class. The rest? Head shots, Architectural, Weddings, Products, etc. I think this is definitely a case of you seeing only what you want to see. I can't imagine that people are excited to spend a few grand to photograph "half naked women" for the hell of it.
If Sports Illustrated ran a mens edition that sold an excess of 1 million copies, there would be a demand for photographing men in speedoes, and there'd probably be a workshop for that. The fact of the matter is, that isn't the case.
There is lots to learn here... and you might need to lighten up a bit.
Dam I missed it, would have love to take part of one of Peters or Julia's courses. C'est last vie I guess.
