How to Fix This Issue With Photoshop's Generative Fill Feature

Photoshop's new Generative Fill feature has taken the industry by storm in the last week, with its remarkable capabilities capturing the attention of many for its potential to invigorate creative tasks and streamline workflows. It is not perfect, though, and it has one issue that you should be aware of should you plan to use it for professional work. This helpful video tutorial will show you the issue and a quick and effective workflow to ensure you get high-quality results.

Coming to you from Photoshop Training Channel, this excellent video tutorial will show you how to handle a common issue with Photoshop's new Generative Fill feature. The problem is that currently, the program only generates fills at a maximum of 1,024 by 1,024 pixels (1 megapixel). This is intentional, as Adobe is still working out some kinks and likely wants to minimize processing overhead at the moment. Nonetheless, if you want to use it for professional results, you will likely need higher resolutions. I am sure Adobe will increase the resolution of the feature in the future, especially when it comes out of beta, but in the meantime, this is an effective and straightforward workaround. Check out the video above for the full rundown.

I am hoping this will be sorted once in the general release and not in Beta Version.
