The Sony a9 and a7R III are the company's two best cameras, representing top-level autofocus and frame rates and the best in resolution, respectively. For the next two days only, you can enjoy large discounts on both.
The Sony a9 deal is particularly good, as it brings the total price to just $3,498, a remarkable deal for a camera that directly competes with the flagship bodies of Canon and Nikon. The a9 features a 24.2-megapixel sensor, 693-point AF system, 20 fps shooting, a blackout-free 3.7-million-dot OLED EVF, internal 4K, 5-axis in-body stabilization, and a top ISO of 204,800.
The a7R III is also currently on sale at $2,798. The body features a 42-megapixel BSI sensor, 399-point AF system, 10 fps continuous shooting (remarkable in a camera of its resolution), internal 4K 30p with HLG and S-Log3 gammas, a 3.69-million-dot OLED EVF, 5-axis in-body stabilization, Pixel Shift Multi Shooting, and a top ISO of 102,400.
Both deals end at 11:59 PM ET on December 22.
That's a very good deal.
I thought the AF on the A7III was better than on the A7RIII. I remember various reviews to that effect. Or maybe it was metering...who knows.
Damn, this is now at least the 2nd time they've offered $1000 off the a9. I'm soooooo tempted!
The a9 is so amazing. I've had it for a year now, and it's seriously the first camera I've owned where I didn't have something to complain about while using it.
Super cool deal but how is the support from sony when I ship it to Germany? I heard it‘s not so easy?
