I've been looking to create this image for over two years, I'm heavily into the retro wave movement where the 80s is brought back into the modern era through retro sounding music and imagery. This image is heavily influenced by retro wave. It's made possible with the use of multiple passes with an LED light stick and then heavily toned afterward to create an 80's retro pink and blue look.

The dry car in the rain looks strange to me
Great photo and it really fits the theme! Its also nice to see something beyond landscapes.
