Very good first attempt. Nice clean home!
What light did you use? My main criticism here is that I think there's too much sky (I'm guessing from the halo that it's a replacement?). Remember you're selling a home, not constellations. Also, you probably want the house to be brighter than the night sky behind it in most instances.
