I like the contrast, but be careful because I think the lighting is not the best for traying selling it. But in terms of the "dusk shot", great work!
I can appreciate the work given that you're not a real estate photographer. Overall, I think you have the right idea, but the shot is a bit on the "moody" side for real estate.
