I don't know anything about this genre but what I can say is that this image would prompt me to put this house on my list if I was shopping for a property. Well done.
I think the 2-point perspective is solid! I like how we can see out of the windows. I feel like the whites are over-exposed and the highlights in the tv are distracting.
