I don't know anything about this genre but what I can say is that this image would prompt me to put this house on my list if I was shopping for this type of property. Well done.

What a shot, would maybe have liked to see just as much of the sauna as the pool, with the hallway in the center. Don't know if that would be possible

beautiful composition and great leading lines! I think the highlights are a bit blown out though and i would have liked the right side to have been a bit lighter to bring more clarity to that side of the image, but other than that well done!
