I don't know anything about this genre but what I can say is that this image would prompt me to put this house on my list if I was shopping for a property. Well done.

Nice effort overall. It looks like you popped off some flashes and did some exposure blending here (please correct me if I'm wrong). I would say that the far end of the room could have used some more light and there's something that feels off about the shadows of those stools... There's also a strange softness to the image and I'm not really sure where it's coming from. Did you blend in an ambient layer in Luminosity mode here? Maybe your tripod moved slightly or something... I don't know.

Beautiful! I love the lighting and the color grade. You took great care to expose the windows correctly so we can see the beautiful garden! I love the sense of space! There is a bit of bowing happening on the long roof lintel that can be easily corrected. the chairs around the dining room table feel a bit out of focus. \other than that its lovely.
