This image was shot with several forms of inspiration. The classic Marlboro man ads of the 60s and 70s and a little bit of a cinematic vibe too. My talent was channeling a mix of cocaine cowboy and a little James Dean. We put him in a very fitting vehicle, a historically significant 76 big body Mercury Cougar, and we shot the whole thing on a former polygamist compound in Utah.
