"Ashes to Ashes" I shot Dasha outdoors in natural light in this Cinderella-type dress. I directed her to pose like she was walking carefully through a haunted forest. Digital artist Joe Reeves did the fantasy edit to complete the image.

The post-processed light streak across her face is a bit distracting, looks like she's scarred.
You're seeing the background bleed through because she is rendered semi-transparent for effect.
