Think Comic book villain. I scouted the location a month before and convinced a friend who loves dressing up to come play. I created the look with my clothes, costume pieces, props, even my boots ! (her pants). I also designed her makeup. Direct light and voila!

I like where this image is going, however I think it would be stronger if the axe murderer was not looking directly into the camera.
quite possibly—it was probably my love of camp horror such as army of darkness and freddy that made me decide to have her break the fourth wall . i’ll have to keep that in mind when i do my next series. thank you!
