I did some experiments with some iron filings and a magnet with the Laowa macro objective with a magnification of 5:1. With different lightings the images looks like a winter forest, so I decided to create an image with a warm light from the left and a daylight from the right. With the correct whitebalance, the image looks like a picture from the winter forest. I did a focus stacking with roundabout 20 images to get enough depth of field.

Very cool and definitely fits the theme!
2 - I really like the uniqueness of this image. My reason for a 2 vs. a 3 is the blend. I started to get distracted by what looks like floating stacks of filings.
