I feel like you need to straighten this shot. Rotate clockwise a touch, because the ripples in the water are not horizontal. (might bump it up a rating)
Maybe the shoreline is if it were brighter, and the wind is pushing the ripples a bit askew to the camera, but it makes my eye think it's crooked.
