My mum found this frog, which stayed for only a fraction of a second. I used a manual lens for this, which is why it’s a tad out of focus.

Nice work. I gave it a 2 because of the focus issue you mentioned, but if it was tack sharp I think it could creep up towards a 3. It's always hard for me to nail the focus on these super shallow depth of field shots too, so I always end up taking a lot in quick succession with slight changes to either the focus or my body position in the hopes that I get lucky(!) on one of them. I'm not usually a fan of people's hands being the backdrop for wildlife shots like this either, but for some reason this one work for me. Keep shooting!
