"Taking Turns"
As part of a long term project I did for an INGO, for 1/2 a year I lived and worked in various Buddhist monastic orphanages around Myanmar (Burma) getting to know some the these amazing kids and documenting their lives.
Part of daily life in the monastery is the shaving of each other's heads. The kids take turns and quickly learn how to take good care or... next time it's the other's turn.
