Taken while hiking near the top of Sulphur Mountain near Banff. The clouds & the light were absolutely perfect, so I hunted for the angle I liked best. Personally, I chose the version slightly out of focus trees to push the eye deeper to the mountains, but I'd love to know what you think! While I love this shot and have it hanging on my wall, part of what it makes a best of 2024 for me is that this was shot on the last evening of the last day of a fantastic vacation.
