Yes - it is a flamenco dancer in Malaga, Spain. This is a staged performance in a hotel for tourists. Sometimes these performances are far removed from the real, authentic flamenco of Andalucia. This performance was really good and could have been from an ad lib performance in a haunt of flamenco people (who are a race apart!) She put heart and soul into her dance. Flamenco is always about feelings, atmosphere (and often suffering!) Her face shows her emotions. It was taken on a Sony A7II, with probably the 24-70mm len. Standard editing done in PS or LR with a bit of movement added to hers.
Muy bien. I'd have cropped left of her foot. This would have brought the guitar player more into the shot. And a goodly crop off the top to just over the hat.
