This little guy was one of the most fun children I ever worked with. An agency called and needed portraits of this child for an ad campaign for a bank. So we made portraits of him in a number of different settings, one where he was seated at the banks board of directors table in full executive regalia and then with this outfit on. This kid, David, was one of the most animated children I have ever worked with. Many children are very intimidated by a studio environment, and it is for that reason that I often had one of my dogs in the camera room when we were working with children, since nothing puts a child at ease more than a dog or a cat. But this kid, wow! When he walked into the camera room it was like a buzz saw wrapped up in a Hurricane! He was a ham from the minute he got in front of the camera till he walked out with the art director and his mom. I did not have to work to get an expression from him!

Excellent!

Thank you. I knew this little guy having worked with him on different projects. Kid was born to entertain. You may not remember but MAD Magazine used to have a mascot, Alfred E Newman. He reminds me to that guy.

All good except the crop. Left and right, tight to the shoulders.

I like this photo. The background mask needed to be better however as you can see white through the gap in his hair (cam right) and around the edge of his hair.
