This photo was shot in a make-shift studio in my living room in front of a large gray backdrop.

The initial processing was done in Lightroom Classic where the color image was also converted to black and white. Further processing was done in Photoshop mostly to enhance the smoke ring so it stood out in the photo and to remove excess smoke in the photo.

The idea for the smoke ring came from the young man seated who had a vaping machine from which he blew the smoke ring. I ended up taking ten shots before I finally settled on this one being the best.

The name for the Photo - Mr. Lucky - comes from the 1959 - 1960 TV series because the you man's attitude for the shoot reminded me of the main character and Henry Mancini's music for the show.
