great pose well captured, would you not find that loosing the top 20% of the image would make the model larger and stronger ion the frame, perhaps crop the left in to the farthest pillar to?

I feel like the background adds so much drama and magnificence to the photograph that cropping would lose some of its impact. The present composition places her face squarely in the middle of the frame which I think is good too.
I love the juxtaposition of the hard parallel lines vs the flowing dress and soft wings.
Striking
I really like this photo - especially with the high columns. I like when a model is looking to the side and there is space in the frame in the direction the model is looking.
I agree with Keith re cropping. I cropped it to eliminate the left side to where the columns begin, cropped the top to just under where the doorway opening on the right is. It would be a very strong portrait where the model is not competing with the background pillars but they still play an important role in the composition. There is so much to enjoy about her and the costume that gets lost with too much information in the background. That being said, it's still a great photo.
