This self-portrait was taken earlier this year. I have used this old phone booth for a few portrait sessions with friends - it's around the corner from our home and hardly ever gets used. There were no light sources other than fluorescent lighting in the booth. I am currently completing a PhD, and this image is part of my research into my topic. I loved hip-hop music and all things NASA as a kid. I never made it to NASA, but a friend made these helmets for fun, so close enough.
