I got lucky with this one. I was walking on an NYC subway platform (Chambers Street). The wall artwork was so interesting that I was walking with my iPhone out. I walked past this police officer when I took this. The universe handed this one to me. I walked slowly so as not to blur in the low-ish light. He was scowling at me. I recall only getting two shots as I kept moving, looking in the other direction.
Literally just a snapshot. I'm sure if you would have asked him, he probably would have let you take his photo and put his phone down. That way, you could have gotten you focus sharper.
Contrast is too high on his uniform as well, so it loses all the details. A little adjustment with the perspective to straighten the wall would be a better choice as well.
