2.77 - "Solid"

Portrait session on set of a short film about two vampires in love. Photographed with a Nikon D800e on an Induro AT-213 tripod, BHD3 Ball head, and a 70-200mm f2.8 at f4. The lighting I used was a 7 foot diffused impact parabolic umbrella set up directly above the talent powered by two Godox AD200's attached to a dual bracket. The fog in the back was me chasing clouds with a Wismech Reuleaux 2 vape ( I have since quit vaping). It was pretty windy and cold that day so I'd say keeping my light where it needed to be without falling over and breaking was the biggest challenge. The post processing I used was basic color correction and skin retouching. I got real lucky that it came out of the camera pretty dang solid already which minimized how much post work needed to be done. Also, the actors performed REALLY well that day, had great chemistry with one another, and showed off how talented they are. I gotta say this image wouldn't be near as cool if it wasn't for them and their dedication to their craft.
