No one is in focus, and no one is connecting with the viewers. Happy moments don't really mean much to the audience if it's just a snapshot. It's definitely not a portrait, so why post it?
I pretty much agree with the other Ed. None of the people in this picture are engaged with the viewer. I see a story though of the little girl hugging the father, so maybe if the photo were cropped to exclude the zombie-like guy on the right and the other kid in the background, a tight crop of just the man and the little girl would have worked.
