The white cirrus clouds is lit up from the sun that is below the horizon... called summernight clouds or ghost clouds.
I stood on a bridge and had to stand om my toes to hold the camera over the fence.
Shot hand held with Nikon Z6_II, ISO8000, 1/6sec, f10 and the integrated image stabilization on sport.
High ISO and image stabilization are valuable functions in night shots, and something that my older cameras didn't do well.
