I took this photograph at 12 noon, in the full sun, on the edge of the sea, with a very strong wind blowing. I couldn't have taken it without an extraordinary polarizing&ND filter, wireless flashes that could compete with the sun's power, and such a high dynamic range to capture all the gray tones. Then, in post-production, I did very little, because in Photoshop I quickly removed with generative fill all the thbings i did not want including the shadows I didn't like and I immediately corrected the colors to reach the tones I preferred. I created the smoke in just one second with AI, literally in one second.
I used generative fill also for the shadows. It is amazing.
