No doubt this photo needs a lot of work, but it is the best I could do in a non-planned situation. It was raining and I saw the rainbow, so I ran to the beach to take some photos. I did not have my tripod with me (so it is a hand-held photo), I forgot I had a polarizer filter on so I had to slow down quite a lot the shutter speed, and the lens was dirty with rain drops. But after a little work in PS I think I got to this somewhat decent picture. "It´s not much, but it´s decent work".
The glare in the sky looks a bit strange, I know. It is not the sun, as it is obvioulsy impossible. The sun is at my back. In postprocess I increased a little bit the light in that zone.
Photo taken at Ostende (Argentina) during sunset.

I would've loved to see what this would've looked like if you got lower.
