Whales in the Last Frontier - Another image from our Alaskan cruise, although this one from a smaller whale watching boat out of Auk Bay, near Juneau. The seas are rougher, the boat bounces endlessly and we were fortunate to see many whales this day. I found this one to be one of my favorite images from the year as there are three separate whales that were swimming together all at different stages with the epic background of Wild Alaska! I was glad the sky wasn't overcast this day!
