On a night walk in Tokyo, I came across this lovely bar underneath a bridge. I wanted the hanging lights at the top to have a starburst effect, so I switched to f/13 and cranked the ISO to 10,000. And Denoise saved the day on this one. Knowing the camera would try to make the entire scene brighter than it actually was, I took time to make a mental note of how the lighting actually appeared so I could reproduce it later in editing. I do believe this image captures the mood of this night scene.
