This is a night view of the Aldred building in Montreal, QC. A perfect example of Art Deco architecture, which I love photographing.
This photograph is dear to my heart because it is the last one my Nikon FM2n took before its shutter module died - the equivalent of a fatal heart attack for a camera, I guess. I bought it in Chennai, India, a few months ago and put some effort into overhauling it. It shot two film rolls and died, with this being the last shot. This was a brief and intense love, and its demise affects me a bit more than it should.
Oh, and by the way: it happens to be black on black.

I have no problem getting low scores/votes, but could you comment so I have the opportunity to improve?
