The Blue Hour is a magical time of day created for photographers, artists, poets and anyone seeking serenity and beauty. Most miss this time of day. Beachgoers usually pack up their blankets, chairs, umbrellas as soon as the sun is past the horizon. It's over for them but they are missing the glorious beauty of the blues and warm pastels that still linger for the last light of the day.
