Red Rock Crab

Looking in a very small crevice in a beach rock revealed someone was at home. The fit was so tight to get my camera and lens in place I almost settled for a phone picture.

Cool, that's a very alien looking creature! Is that selective color, or was the rock mostly gray?

Creative editing. I have been debating which I like better.

This is a neat photo, Dean. Nice job. It's tough to tell which I like better since both have their own reasons for being a great composition. I think I do prefer the fully color one because it places the critter in its world.

I think my original thought was: "What and I looking at?" with the color version.

And, thank you.
