Solomons Seal, Northern Montana

I was hiking in a forest in Northern Montana, almost Canada. There were two very large trees of different type had grown tight together. They were so close that they appeared to be one tree with two different trunks. Dirt had blown into the crotch of the two trees and the seeds of Solomons Seal had germinated and begun growing. I used a Toyo 45A camera with a 150mm Sinaron lens and Kodak T-Max 100 film.
