Just as I haven't added (or taken) any of these types of images lately. A young tree i found close to home being highlighted by late afternoon sun.
The forecast is for heavy rain over the next 24 hours - I hope the leaves survive and I have more opportunities to get out.

Was down in Austin for a bit on a work trip. I've always heard how beautiful the skyline is from the river.
Was a little let down by the clouds, but what can I do!

Another great one Alan! Not sure how you do these, but they do have a nice painterly feel to them, but still feel very natural. Not like the painterly feel some photos have from over processing
