I'd crop in and use the rule of thirds, placing her eyes on either the upper third horizontal line, or possibly at one of the cross points.
I really like the color of the background. That little pop of red is nice, yet not distracting.
Pretty good, I think her elbow is a bit distracting as there is more of the lighter skin tone there than in her face, making it almost steal attention. Lighting and look to the pic is great.
Great lighting and a great model. I like what you've done with the color grading. I think she's a bit lost in the crop, though. Plus it would be nice if her left elbow was not cropped off.
If the original file allows it, maybe try cropping in a 4x5 format and moving the head up higher so the eyes aren't centered and the bottom a bit lower. If what we're seeing is the crop from camera, then try cropping way in. I mean WAY in so that her face mostly fills the frame.
Also, if you could bring down the brightness in her right arm, it may be good.
