Hi. Among the given three, Image 2. for good lighting + sharpness in composition attracting the attention as focal point. distractions could have been eliminated.
Image 3 has better pose for artistic composition upper part of face could have been equally illuminated. minus distractions.
I'd say #3. #1 is underexposed. #2 not sure if it's the sweater or if she has her head slightly cocked back, but, it has the appearance of having a double-chin. #3 I think is more flattering, neck wise, though, the top half of her face could have been lit a little brighter.
I've been going back and forth and back again with these. So to make this all crystal clear for you I have a different opinion - I prefer the pose in #1 but maybe cropped to cut down on the background distractions but definitely more brightness to her face. I think more even lighting and less shadow on the top of her face in #2 and #3 would improve those images.
